We begin with fresh chicken, marinated and delicately coated to
enhance its natural flavor. We then place the chicken in a
specially designed Broaster™ Company cooker to instantaneously
seal the chicken under pressure locking in all its natural
moisture. In

1) The marinating
We use a Broaster™ marinade, letting the chicken and wings soak for
nearly half a day to season the whole piece as well as ensuring it
is soft and tender.
2) The dusting
We use special Broaster™ mix to lightly coat the chicken
and wings to ensure that it is crispy and to reduce the amount
of excess oil that can cling to the product.
3) The Broaster™.
We use a Broaster™ Company machine that instantaneously sears
and seals in juices and cooks to the bone in just a few minutes by
frying the chicken in high-heat oil under pressure. The chicken,
even 20 pieces, cooks in about 15 minutes, and the wings in less
than 10 minutes.
